Medical Transportation Providers subscribing to this service will be added to the platform as one of the available providers in their area that their clients will be able to select directly from the ordering form from a list of participating providers on the form.
Initial Signup – $500
Includes onboarding, setup, and training. 30-day term auto-renews monthly until cancelled which can be done at any time during any billing cycle and will become effective at the end of that billing period.

Elite Subscription Plan
The plan offers a custom white glove option for premier providers of ambulance and medical transportation services who want to offer their clients an exclusive and enhanced safe and secure online digital ordering method to access their services that is tailored specifically to the needs of their clients.
The client is provided with a branded and dedicated medical transportation ordering form with a unique URL on the platform that is customized to meet the needs of both the transportation provider and its clients at the time of the initial signup. Also includes ongoing priority customer service.
